Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Siakly lets you build a “link in bio” page at siakly.me. Here’s what I collect and why, in plain language. Using Siakly means you’re okay with it.
The short version
- I collect only what’s needed to run your page and keep your account secure.
- I don’t sell your data and I don’t track you for ads.
- Your published page is public — anyone with the link can see it.
- You can edit or delete everything, anytime.
What I collect
- Your account — email and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your name, email, and photo if you sign in with Google.
- Your page — your username, name, bio, the links and cards you add, and anything you upload.
- Visit stats — a view count and rough, non-identifying signals (like region and device type) so you can see how your page is doing.
- Technical data — IP, timestamps, and error logs to run and secure the service. I use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in — no ad tracking.
How I use it
To create your account, host and show your page, give you visit stats, keep things secure, and email you about your account (like password resets). That’s it — I never sell your data or build ad profiles.
Your page is public
Once you publish, everything on your page is public and may show up in search engines. Don’t put anything on it you wouldn’t want the world to see.
Who I share it with
Only the services that help me run Siakly — hosting (Hostinger), file storage (UploadThing), the database (Neon), email (Resend), and Google sign-in — each handling only what it needs. I may also share data if the law requires it, or if Siakly is ever sold. Links you add to your page point to other sites I don’t control.
Supporting Siakly
“Support Siakly” is an optional tip to the maker, handled by Wise. Your payment details go to Wise, not me — I never see your card or bank info.
Keeping & deleting your data
I keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and I remove your page and uploads from my systems (backups age out over time). Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights — like access, correction, or deletion. To use them, message me at @joelcreatives on X.
Children
Siakly isn’t for children under 13 (or your country’s minimum age), and I don’t knowingly collect their data.
Who runs Siakly
Siakly is a small, independent project I run on my own — free, with no ads and no investors. That’s part of why this policy is short and why I don’t sell data or track you.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes, I’ll update the date above. Questions about your data? Message me at @joelcreatives on X.
