Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Siakly at siakly.me. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use Siakly.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (or your country’s minimum age). You’re responsible for your account — keep your password safe and tell me at @joelcreatives on X if you think someone else is in it.

Your content

You own what you add — your text, links, and images. You just give me permission to host, resize, and show it so your page works, and that permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only post things you have the right to, and that follow the rules below.

The rules

Don’t use Siakly to:

• break the law or someone else’s rights;
• post or link to hateful, harassing, or illegal content, or anything that exploits minors;
• impersonate someone or fake an affiliation;
• spread spam, scams, malware, or phishing;
• attack or overload the service, or reach accounts and data that aren’t yours.

I can remove content or limit accounts that break these rules, but I don’t monitor everything.

Usernames

Usernames are first-come. I may reclaim one that’s reserved, infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or is used in bad faith.

Payments & support

Siakly doesn’t process payments. Any tip-jar or donation links you add to your page are between you and your visitors. “Support Siakly” is an optional tip to the maker, handled by Wise — it’s voluntary, not a fee for any feature, and generally non-refundable.

Availability

Siakly is free and offered “as is.” It’s under active development, so I may add, change, or remove features, and can’t promise it’s always available or error-free.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Siakly comes with no warranties, and I’m not liable for indirect or unexpected damages, or for lost data or profits. My total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid me in the past 12 months or USD $50.

Ending your use

You can delete your account anytime. I may suspend or end access that breaks these rules or threatens the service. The liability and disclaimer parts above keep applying afterward.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / region], except where your local law gives you rights you can’t waive.
